Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the formal Exam Date for the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Assistant Engineer (AE) Senior Executive Trainee (SET) Recruitment 2026 the Computer Based Test test for the applicants seeming for the Telecom and Finance stream will see on Sunday, 5th July, 2026. The declaration has eased the pressure for thousands of applicants awaiting the test date and preparing to launch their career in individual of the top public area telecom associations of India.
BSNL SET 2026: Key Highlights
The official notification of the recruitment drive has been released to fill 120 vacancies (95 in the Telecom stream and 25 in the Finance stream) in BSNL. The successful candidates will be appointed as Senior Executive Trainees and will work on the technical and financial aspects of the organization.
The recruitment process comprises 3 steps, which are Computer Based Test (CBT), Document Verification and Medical Examination. Success in each of the above levels will lead to final selection.
The CBT will have a total of 200 objective type questions of discipline specific and general aptitude. The negative marking has also been confirmed by BSNL, so it's not just about being quick but also right. Candidates will be recommended to attend meticulous revision & frequent mock test sessions leading up to the exam.
