The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially published the OFSS Bihar Class 11 Second Merit List 2026, students who appeared for intermediate Class 11 courses through Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) can now check the seat allotment status on the official website.
In the second merit list, the names of the students who were not allotted seats in the first list and those who had taken the option of an upgrade in admission are included. The candidates whose names are on the selection list should complete the admission process at their allocated school/colleges from May 29, 2026 to June 2, 2026 and get the document verification process done.
The OFSS admission process is a process initiated by BSEB for admission to the Arts, Science, Commerce, Agriculture and Vocational streams of recognized intermediate institutes in Bihar. The students are requested to download their Intimation Letter and appear in their allotted institution within the given time frame to ensure their admission.
The educational body has also made the students aware about the Slide-Up facility. Candidates who are not happy accompanying the institution they have been allotted to at the beginning of counselling can register for the subsequent rounds at the assigned college and avail Slide Up alternative to be considered in the higher preference college.

Steps to Download OFSS Bihar 11th 2nd Merit List 2026
- Go through the official website of the OFSS Bihar.
- Now, click on the “Intermediate 2nd Merit List 2026” link.
- Use your Application Reference Number/ Barcode Number and Date of Birth to log in.
- Submit the information to find out if your allotment is available.
- Download and take a print-out of the Intimation Letter for the admission.
Students should bring necessary documents such as Intimation Letter, Class 10th Mark Sheet, Pass in Certificate, Category Certificate (if applicable), and Passport size photographs for admission.
If a candidate does not complete the admission within the stipulated time, then his/her allotted seat will be abolished. Also connect with Online Universities for free career counselling.
