Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) has formally announced the result of the JEE Advanced 2026 test. Shubham Kumar has been named All India Rank (AIR) 1 in the engineering entrance test this year with a remarkable 330 out of 360 marks in individual of the country's most competitive engineering entrance exams. A total number of 56,880 applicants have favorably been able in the CAT exam to receive admission to few of ultimate believed engineering institutes in India like the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) etc.
Officials have revealed that for JEE Advanced 2026, 187389 candidates had registered & 1,79,694 appeared for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 on May 17 of the total candidates, 56880 have qualified and the examination was highly competitive.
Shubham Kumar of the IIT Delhi zone was the first in order in the Common Rank List (CRL). This year it was all about the IIT Delhi zone with Kabeer Chhillar bagging AIR 2 with 329 marks & Jatin Chahar with AIR 3 with 319 marks.
Arohi Deshpande was the top applicant among the female aspirants. She topped the JEE Advanced 2026 with 280 out of 360 marks acquiring CRL 77 & becoming the female topper of JEE Advanced 2026.

The scorecards of the candidates who appeared in the JEE Advanced exam may be downloaded by visiting the official JEE Advanced website and logging in with the roll number, date of birth & registered mobile number. The score card includes information like subject-wise marks, overall marks, All India rank, category rank and qualification status.
