The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission has started the application process for the Lower PCS Recruitment 2026 interested & qualified candidates are invited to submit their applications online via the official website.
The recruitment drive is to fill up a revised total of 2516 posts in various departments of the Uttar Pradesh government. UPSSSC PET 2025 score card is a prerequisite for candidates who are seeking to apply for administrative and subordinate positions.
The selection process will be done in two stages, according to the notification. Based on the UP PET 2025 score, the candidates will be shortlisted and then the shortlisted candidates will be called for the Main Examination. The Commission will announce the exam date of the mains test separately.
UPSSSC Lower PCS Recruitment 2026: Important Dates
The recruitment comprises different posts and departments. There are several major vacancies such as 419 Auditor posts, 323 Amin/Auctioneer posts, 238 posts for Executive Officer, 229 posts for Clerk-cum-Typist/Accounts Clerk, 168 posts for Assistant Chakbandi Officer, and 46 posts for Mandi Supervisor.
Candidates are required to be a bachelor from a recognized University. Some posts may have specific requirements, including B.A degree in Com, Agriculture or Engineering. All applicants must have a valid UP PET 2025 score. The age generally ranges between 18 to 40 years with relaxation as per Government norms.
The selected candidates will be appointed to the Pay Levels 4 to 6. The salary range is from 25500 to 112400 and in-hand salary can vary from month-to-month depending on the respective post and allowances ranging from ₹30000 per month to ₹40000 per month.
